We recently surveyed social media-savvy women in the Clever Girls Collective network about their 2012 holiday shopping plans to understand how and when social media influences their purchasing decisions. We pulled together the results in our Social Media and the Holiday Shopper infographic. The results won't be a surprise to any of our network members who create content (written or visual) to help our clients tell their brand stories.

Earlier this year, we conducted a study to find out how brands are leveraging social media to improve their customer care.
