Joe Keenan, Editor-in-Chief
Joe joined the Target Marketing Group in May 2007, when he was hired as senior associate editor for Catalog Success (now Retail Online Integration). He was promoted to senior editor of Catalog Success in 2008, managing editor in June 2012, and ultimately executive editor in January 2015, a position he currently holds. He became editor-in-chief of eM+C in January 2015. In addition to being responsible for all content that appears on eMarketingandCommerce.com as well as its e-newsletter, eM+C Weekly, he manages the All About eMail virtual show. Previously, he served as a senior editor at Reed Technology & Information Services for five years prior to arriving at Catalog Success. He also worked as a sportswriter for Montgomery Newspapers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y.
Melissa Ward, Managing Editor
Melissa is the managing editor of eM+C, responsible for the production of its weekly e-newsletter, eM+C Weekly. In addition, she's also the managing editor for eM+C sister publication Target Marketing, where she works with the editorial staff on the development of editorial content and its production. Prior to joining NAPCO Media, Melissa was the managing editor for Soundview Executive Book Summaries and a writer and editor for Hydrocarbon Publishing. Ward holds a Masters in Publishing from Rosemont College and a Bachelors in English from State University of New York, College at Brockport. While earning her degrees, she worked as a copyeditor and columnist for The Stylus, Brockport's student newspaper, interned for Philadelphia Weekly, and helped found Parlor Literary Journal, Rosemont's first graduate-run literary magazine.
Caitlin Sullivan, Associate Content Editor
Caitlin is the associate content editor for the Target Marketing Group's web-only brand eM+C. She's also the online content editor for eM+C sister brand Retail Online Integration. In her position with eM+C, Caitlin is responsible for content development. Before coming to the Target Marketing Group, Caitlin earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Temple University.
Jeremy Zimmerman, Associate Content Editor
Jeremy is associate content editor for eM+C, and is responsible for content creation as well as the deployment of eM+C's weekly e-newsletter, eM+C Weekly. Jeremy is an editorial assistant for eM+C's sister brand Target Marketing, where he ensures content management and quality during production. His writing and photography have appeared in diverse publications such as WXPN's The Key, Local Magazine, and more. He recently received his degree in Broadcasting Production and Journalism from Messiah College.
