Product/Service: Engagement Mapping, an online measurement service that allows advertisers to map and assign value to a variety of touch points.
What it does: Engagement Mapping allows marketers to associate sales, leads and Web traffic to all of the online touch points and interactions a consumer experiences before purchasing something, as opposed to only to the last click or ad exposure. Microsoft plans to roll out the beta version of Engagement Mapping on March 1.
