What it does: The tool allows e-marketers to send surveys via about 20 ready-to-use survey templates, or via customized surveys. Plugged into VerticalResponse customer dashboards, it allows e-marketers to e-mail the survey; post a link on their site and blog to the survey; link to it from a confirmation e-mail; or post it on confirmation pages, for example. Users receive results reporting, and can get an alert based on how people answer questions and then follow up to thank them for their opinions.
