I have been working online for many years now and have slowly started to write up articles to help other people like you out there get to where you want to be. The internet has gotten bigger and bigger each and everyday and it is up to you to take advantage of that. There are millions of different ways to make money on the internet you don’t even know! 

In this article I am going to talk about one of the ways that I make money online and that is going to be e-commerce. E-commerce if you didn’t know is going to be the action of buying and selling online. As you can probably think, there are millions of online transactions that go on each and everyday. Now more than ever it is super easy to buy and sell on the internet. Between eBay and Amazon, the whole world has changed. It is super easy for people to pay with their credit cards or paypal, so you need to hop on that if you are trying to make money.

If you decide that you want to make money with e-commerce, there are a few different ways for you to go about this. I am going to talk about all of these options on their own so you get a good idea of what you are actually working with. 

First let’s talk about one of the most common options for when it comes to e-commerce and that is going to be what I just mentioned above with eBay or Amazon. You can sign up to be a seller on their account with very minimal information. You’re gonna need your address and information, but within 5 minutes you could already start selling. It is actually very crazy how easily it is to make money on the internet now. One downside of taking this route is that they have fees you are going to have to pay if you want to keep selling with their services.

But on the flip side, millions and millions of people use eBay and Amazon so you should be able to sell your items no problem at all. It is all about finding that mix that is going to work well for you. I have been selling on eBay and Amazon for years and they have really made it easier than ever to make money. I suggest you open up a paypal account so that you can be properly paid for all of your services. 

The next option we are going to talk about when it comes to e-commerce is going to be having your own website.

This is a really good option and works amazing if you know how to market yourself and get your site in front of everyone. I recently started getting into selling on my own website and it is much more fun. You have so much control over how everything is ran, and you are your own boss!

I like this option because it kind of forces you to do a bit more work to get the results but you also have a chance for a really big reward if you do it right! E Commerce is something that you need to put in the time to have a successful chance. If you spend a few hours each and everyday than I can promise you that you will succeed down the road. It isn’t even a question. Go out and talk to others that are like you and make connections. Do whatever it takes to be the most successful store out there. 

Finding the right items to actually sell to be successful when it comes to e-commerce a different story in its own. You need to make sure you have an established brand and amount of items before you hop right into it. One thing that I always tell people when they ask me for advice is that they should go for items that others aren’t going for. Do you your research, see what sells and then see what doesn’t sell. See what everyone is selling and then see what isn’t being sold as much. You should be able to learn a ton about your store if you put in the time and research.

E-commerce is a ton about customer service as well. You want to make sure that the people that do order from you get their items in the best condition possible. Your store could go downhill very quickly if you are repped as one of the worst stores on the internet. The better off you are with your customers to more people you are going to have flock to you. People love stores that get them their items fast and on time.

The other piece of advice that I always give people when they ask me how to be successful with e-commerce is that you

Need to be flashy. You need to play the part that you are a big roller and that you have the best items on the market. Make sure you are confident and show people that are interested that you are the place that they should buy from. Having a really good sales pitch through pictures and captions could end up making or breaking your entire store.
